      Zifa Ishembitova – Acting Head of Department, Candidate of Pedagogy, Associate Professor.
In 1982 graduated from Bashkir State University with the major of Geography Teacher. Length of teaching experience: 18 years in university, including 9 years in BashSU.
Reads a lecture course in General Pedagogy and Ethopedagogy at the Faculty of Bashkir Philology, responsible for student teaching practice. Administers a special academic course in Content and Methodology of Pedagogical Activities within Social Work System for students of the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology.
Member of the Methodological Council under the Education Office of the Ufa Municipal District Administration, delivers lectures to teachers from technical and comprehensive secondary schools of Ufa and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Combines methodological work with scientific research. Over the past few years has published teaching manuals “Theoretical Foundations for Preventing Deviant Behaviour in Teenagers” - Ufa, 2009; “Application of Ethnopedagogical Means for Preventing Deviant Behaviour in Teenagers” - Ufa, 2009. Has over 20 publications on the whole.
Organises and holds methodological seminars and special courses for teachers and form masters in: Functions and Major Areas of Activity of Form Master in Modern School, Family as Education Object and Subject, Improving Cooperation between School, Family, Law Enforcement Agencies and General Public for Preventing Juvenile Delinquency. Engaged in summarizing and spreading the cutting-edge pedagogical experience of teachers in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
   Mikhail Rassokha graduated from Bashkir State University with the major of Philologist, Teacher of German. Candidate of Pedagogy. Defended dissertation in M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University (Department of Pedagogy and Pedagogical Psychology). Has worked in BashSU since 1985.
Responsible for the following academic courses at the University: Pedagogy, Introduction to Pedagogical Mastery, Educational Technologies, Pedagogical Communication, Pedagogical Research Organisation. Advises students working on their yearly and diploma projects, undergraduates working on their graduating projects, trainee teachers.
 Major field of scientific activities: Development of Dialogic Personality in Future Teachers. Takes part in scientific and practical conferences at different levels, edits collections of scientific papers, acts as an official opponent during defence of pedagogical dissertations.
Member of Expert Council of Scientific and Information Methodological Centre under the Education Office of the Ufa Municipal District Administration, delivers lectures to teachers from technical and comprehensive secondary schools of Ufa and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Awards: Excellent Education Worker of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Excellent Public Education Worker of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Honorary Certificate by the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science.
     Vinera Lukmanova, born in 1951, higher education. Graduated from the Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute Faculty of Foreign Languages with the major of German and English Languages in 1975, Candidate of Pedagogy, Associate Professor. Finished full-time postgraduate courses and defended Candidate’s dissertation at the A.I. Gertsen Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute Department of General Pedagogy in 1984. Associate Professor since 1990.
Length of scientific and teaching experience 35 years, including 33 years of university experience. Has worked in the University since 1987.
V.Kh. Lukmanova is responsible for administering the following major courses at the University: Pedagogy, Educational Pedagogy and Methodology (lectures, seminars, practical and laboratory classes), reads a special lecture course in Pedagogical Foundations of Teaching Practice, supervises student teaching practice, yearly and diploma projects. Applies modern educational technologies in her pedagogical activities.
Ms Lukmanova advises students on their scientific papers; reviews and acts as opponent to dissertations in dissertation councils; takes part in scientific and practical conferences. Combines educational and methodological work with intensive scientific research, edits collections of scientific papers. Has a large number of publications on issues of school child personality development.
V.Kh. Lukmanova was awarded a badge “Excellent Worker of the Republic of Bashkortostan” in 1990, and a badge “Excellent Higher Professional Education Worker of the Russian Federation” for her educational achievements in 2002, does much public work. Delivers lectures to members of general public, school teachers, teachers of secondary special educational establishments and universities. Has been trade union organizer of the Department and member of BashSU Trade Union Committee for many years.
      Zulfira Shafikova, Candidate of Pedagogy, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy. Graduated from Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University (1985), finished postgraduate courses under the Institute of National Educational Problems in Moscow (1994).
Major research areas: “Innovation educational technologies in professional education system”, “History of Professional Education in Bashkortostan”, “Individual Professional Education of Challenged Young People”.
Takes active part in Republican, regional and international educational conferences. Authorship project “Individual Professional Education of Challenged Young People” (2011).
Major scientific papers: 2 monographs: “History of Bashkir Professional Education in the Second Half of the 19th Century” (learning and methodological manual – Ufa, 2009); “Professional Education Establishment and Development in Republic of Bashkortostan” (monograph, 2010).
Has over 50 scientific publications, including publications approved by the Higher Certifying Committee (6).
Major academic course: General Pedagogy for students of the Faculties of Economics and Chemistry and Bashkir Academy of Comprehensive Business Safety and Security. Supervises teaching practice at the Faculty of Bashkir Philology (in the Bashkir-English group).
      Liliya Salimova, Candidate of Pedagogy, Associate Professor of the BashSU Department of Pedagogy. Graduated from Z. Biisheva Sterlitamak Academy in 1992. Finished postgraduate courses in Pedagogy in M. Akmulla Bashkir State Pedagogical University. Has been working at the Department since 2006.
Responsible for classes in Pedagogy and teaching practice at the Faculty of Philology, and for the special course “Developmental Pedagogical Technologies”.
Delivers lectures in Higher School Pedagogy for postgraduates.
Heads the Romashka club for children and teenagers.
Administers classes in specialist training among ninth-form school children in school 49 in Ufa.

      Munir Bikbulatov – Candidate of Pedagogy, Associate Professor of the BashSU Department of Pedagogy. Defended his dissertation in the Doctoral Council of the USSR Academy of Pedagogical Sciences in 1982.
Graduated from Ufa Aviation Institute in 1968.
Has 40 articles, including:
1.Defined a new parameter “Knowledge Acquisition Awareness” (Moscow, Research Institute of Higher School Problems, 1981).
2.Developed a new “Method of Multiple Variation of Logically Related Answers” (Moscow, Research Institute of Higher School Problems, 1975).
3. “Analytical Method of Controlling Knowledge Acquisition Awareness” (dissertation and Ufa Aviation Institute, 1982).
4. Semigraphical Method of Controlling Knowledge Acquisition Awareness (dissertation and Ufa Aviation Institute, 1982).
Every above-mentioned item is a new scientific discovery in the field of psychology and pedagogy.
Does experimental research of didactic (dendritic) graph in students’ academic activities.
      Zaliya Gafarova, Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy. Graduated from the M. Akmulla Bashkir State Pedagogical University Faculty of Graphic Arts. Postgraduate of the Bashkir State University Department of Pedagogy since 2008. Since 2009 has been working at the Department and writing her Candidate’s dissertation on “Pedagogical Views of Bashkir Artists in 19-20 Centuries”. Takes part in All-Russian and International Practical Conferences. Has 15 scientific publications, 3 of which have been approved by the Higher Certifying Committee.
Area of scientific interests: development of artistic education in the Republic of Bashkortostan, stages of establishment of pedagogical system of artists-teachers of Bashkortostan.
     Liliya Bakiyeva, born in 1980, higher education. Graduated from Bashkir State University Sibai Institute with the major of Philologist specializing in English in 2002. From 2002 to 2003 worked at the Bashkir State University Sibai Institute Department of Foreign Languages. In 2003 started going on full-time postgraduate courses in Pedagogy in BashSU.
Has been working in the University since 2004. In 2009 defended Candidate’s dissertation on “Bashkir National Traditions of Girl Upbringing and Their Application in Educational Process at Schools”. Takes part in theoretical and practical conferences. Publishes articles in interuniversity and all-Russian collections of articles. Responsible for delivering the major course of Pedagogy, supervises student teaching practice.
L.A. Bakiyeva combines academic and methodological work with intensive scientific research.
